Stone intarsia is based on thousands of years of tradition and our partner in India has been using the same technique in producing these beautiful patterns for hundreds of years. In Latin, intarsia means "the process of inlaying fine materials to create lasting beauty and elegance." This is to say, these patterns will never fade or be weathered.
