Bakeoven thermometer

Thermometer for a soapstone bakeoven.

A thermometer to be installed in a soapstone baking oven. For the sensor of the meter, a hole is drilled through the surface stones up to the vault of the furnace, in which case the sensor is inside the stone. The internal temperature rises to a maximum of about 400 degrees at the sensor.
